Author Caron Levis (’10) has published a new children’s book, Ida, Always, which has received a star review on Publisher’s Weekly and which was also recently featured in The New York Times Book Review.

In the Times review, Dan Yaccarino writes, “Caron Levis and Charles Santoso tackle the sadness that ultimately comes with love in “Ida, Always.” Inspired by two real-life polar bears, Gus and Ida, who were residents of New York City’s Central Park Zoo, this wonderful story about the loss of a loved one is beautifully told. It’s an example of children’s books at their best.”

Congratulations, Caron!
