   I have a BFA, a MFA and over 15 years experience teaching.  Presently, I am a professor and supervisor at   Hofstra University and an art specialist at the Shaw School.

    My exhibition history includes: Sotheby’s, The Drawing Center, Islip Museum, David Beitzel Gallery,
Artist’s Space, Nassau County Museum; Exit Art; Ann Nathan Gallery, Chicago; Colorado College Gallery,
and exhibits in Germany, England and Spain.  I am the recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship, fellowships from the Marie Walsh Sharpe Art Foundation, the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture and residencies to Millay Colony, Weir Farm, Fundacion Valparaiso Spain, the Tin Shop and the Saltonstall Foundation.

     My public art commissions include a mural in NYC, for the Health Dep’t and the Mayor’s office and
sculptures for the Carnegie Mellon Museum, the American Cancer Society, Childline, London, AKC, NYC
and Nassau County Sports/Recreation Authority.  My current commission is for TEN63 in LIC, NY.
