Roman Hrab is a painter, sculptor, and installation artist. He holds a B.F.A degree from the School of Visual Arts in NY and a M.A from Janus Pannonius University in Pécs, Hungary. He is a first generation Ukranian-American who deals with the ephemeral nature of a moment in history and captures fleeting images from news and social media. Hrab is the Director of Operations of the Art Department at Bard College. He currently lives and works in Kingston NY.
