Work by photography alumna and Ithacan Nydia Blas Boyd (’15) is currently featured on the sides of telephone booths in Manhattan.
Nydia contributed two images to Art in Ad Places from her series The Girls Who Spun Gold. “I contributed these images to Art in Ad Places because Black girls and women deserve to see complicated representations of themselves,” she said.
