Helen Rubinstein, an M.F.A. candidate in Nonfiction, has published essays in The Paris Review Daily, The Seneca Review, Slice, Witness, Salon, The New York Times, and elsewhere, and fiction in The Collagist, Ninth Letter, and Salt Hill.
Her work has been recognized in The Best American Nonrequired Reading and The Best Women’s Travel Writing series, and she is the recipient of fellowships from the MacDowell Colony, Yaddo, and the Elizabeth George Foundation. She holds an M.F.A. in Fiction from Brooklyn College and a B.A. in Literature from Yale.
