Jill Waterman is a photographer from New York City who is known for her New Year’s Eve Project and her book, Night and Low Light Photography. For her New Year’s Eve Project she visits a different city each year for New Year’s Eve. She observes and captures a cities culture and traditions for that special evening.
In her book, Night and Low Light Photography, she looked at the work of 30 top professionals and examined their projects, tips, techniques, and unique approaches to capturing moments of the night and moments in low light with a camera.
