“My current atmospheric geometric abstractions have their roots in a series of observational paintings of trees. As my interest in making the space in the paintings thicker and more tangible increased, the trees slowly began to dissolve.”
Rachael Wren holds a B.A from the University of Pennsylvania and a M.F.A from the University of Washington. Her pieces are geometric atmospheres that have evolved into geometric abstractions of trees and landscapes. Wren’s work has been exhibited in several galleries across the U.S. She is currently residing in Brooklyn, NY.
