Nina Puro’s writing is in Guernica, the PEN/ America Poetry Series, West Branch, & others. They’re a member of the Belladonna* Collaborative; author of two chapbooks (Argos Books and dancing girl press); and recipient of fellowships from the MacDowell Colony, Syracuse University (MFA, 2012), Brooklyn Community Pride Foundation, Deming Fund, Wurlitzer Foundation, & others.
Currently a candidate for an MSW from NYU, they work with sex workers and people who’ve been trafficked in NYC.
