Victoria Kornick is originally from Virginia. She holds a BA with distinction in English – Poetry Writing from the University of Virginia and an MFA in Poetry Writing from New York University, where she was a Rona Jaffe fellow and a Goldwater fellow.
She cofounded the Franklin Electric Reading Series in Brooklyn, NY, with poets Will Frazier, Jordan Majewski, and Jessica Modi.
Victoria has received grants and fellowships from the Elizabeth George Foundation, the Saltonstall Foundation for the Arts, and the Community of Writers at Squaw Valley.
