Visual arts alumna Patte Loper (’13) has a show opening next week at the Black and White Gallery in Brooklyn.
PATTE LOPER: SPARKLY DARKLY is a site-specific installation in which Loper uses installation work as a means to consider ethical and artistic responses to war. The show opens February 24.
A reception for the artist will take place from 6:00 – 9:00 pm. The show runs through April 9.
The gallery is located at 56 Bogart St. in Bushwick.
Hours: Friday – Sunday, 1:00 – 6:00 pm and by appointment.
Patte’s work in the upcoming show (seen here) uses scavenged material, cardboard, putty, cloth, digital projector, and a DVD player.
